I'm curious how you came up with this protocol. I heard about BHT years ago, but don't think I did it consistently enough and no oils. I used to take Asyclovir..took it for years and eventually it caused my Ulcerative Colitis to become unmanageable. Now I can't use it...very depressed with major outbreak.

I was doing research about the "Biogetica Herpes Kit" when I found your post. I'm so skeptical about all this stuff. I tried the Beck thing years ago with no notable results.
