Re: BHT update 2

I am starting to notice that my skin is getting real oily and I have had some small rashes,pimples come and go....
it seems as though all the bht/olive oil that ive been taking is starting to surface to the skin...
And at the same time it is causing whatever is hiding beneath the skin(virus) to ''rise to the surface''.

everywhere on my body where ive had a rash or a breakout seems to be surfacing or getting evicted from beneath the skin.

I would imagine taking bht/fatty oil and going into a sauna would enhance this further.

ill be trying that this weekend..

so to sum it up,..dont expect to see much of an improvement with taking bht at least for 3-4 weeks,..and consume lots of fatty oils with it,..ive been taking olive oil with bht dissolved in it but im also taking fish oils as well(omega's)

ill continue to update my progress...
