Meridians/Chakras

Meridians/Chakras are all connected - it doesn't really matter which ones are worked, they lead to the same results.

See the Meridians as the individual streams that flow to and from a lake. See the chakras as the lake.

Donna eden's book is fantastic - if you have great interest in Energy healing, then this book I highly recommend. It has a lot of exercises in there that touch on kinesiology and energy healing .. that is her and my training, so I rate her very highly. She's also a good source of light, a very beautiful person.

Have you done much in the way of looking at the law of attraction? how to focus your intent to have what you want? Again, I will recommend a book "Ask and it is Given" by Esther and Jerry Hicks .. combine Donna Edens work with theirs and that is quite a resource for all types of healing!

The purple violet light is very powerful - it shows the higher spirits are with you. When I get to see that colour spectrum in my meditattions, I know I am being guided. Allow yourself to be guided and follow your intuition. You must let go of the worry and fear though .. as that hinders the flow of messages you are able to receive.
