Hi Maya, and anyone else who has advice,\

I felt better after my channeling thing, and went to see a reiki master Saturday. SHe said I was unbalanced and balanced my energy, but she said I had the energy of a 2 lane road and need more so it would be like 4 lanes. Of course, I can't get an appt with her or the other lady for 2 weeks. I am trying to do some kundalini yoga at home, which seems to be good. My tongue is getting very pink, it was pale ALL last year. But I would appreciate your advice about what to do to increase my energy. There are so many choices, it is confusing. Thank you.
