Thanks Maya, I have tons of magazines to go through to get pics and I will order that DVD. How big shhould that poster board be?

I was doing great and had a pink tongue til something happened stressful at work and now my tongue is a lighter color and I don't feel as good, even though I did the same yoga DVD's, the five rites, etc. Hard to hold onto this, which is my goal. Thanks for your help!
