i am becoming more and more convinced that Iodine is grossly deficient in our diets. kelp is good as a food. as a supplement, it may be overdone.
beware of any protocol which requires long term ingestion of inorganic minerals like calcium. the american diet is overdosed with calcium, in particular the kind that is not bioavailable, such as dairy. get your calcium from plants. cows do, and they have tons!
