Re: Salt water flush as opposed to enema??

Thank you Valerie,

I have done it on the bathroom floor with a pillow under my head. LOL I am sure if anyone ever walked into my home then, it would be a sight!

At any rate, I do have the clamp near me, because of the pressure thing, yet I did not think (or was not told) to just take it a couple ounces at a time. I think that will be a huge help, along with the breathing method.

I was told though, when I first purchased the enema kit that I want to keep the water in me, for as little (if possible) as 20 minutes, for it to be most effective. Do you feel that is a reasonable time? Or would you say more or less? I do understand it is better longer, to be more effective. I just wonder if it is effective, if all I am able to do is 10 minutes? BTW, if I make it 10 minutes, I have done very good!!!

Thanks again, Valerie! Have a blessed evening!

Love, Light and Peace,
B2
