Re: Salt water flush as opposed to enema??

Hi Ozone,

I am just wondering...doesn't an enema 'force' the purge also? Also, I have attempted a few enemas, have used the organic coffee (twice) and a warm water one (once)...each time, I had to jump up and get on the toilet! I could not get the whole enema in me and keep it there for any length of time. The second coffee enema, was the longest that I got it in me and then jumped on toilet!

What exactly would I be doing wrong? Because an enema is so not a pleasant experience for me. I did the SWF (Salt-Water-Flush) also and that was not a pleasant experience either but it worked better for me. Although, unlike you, I did not do several SWFs.
