Re: A Head Scratcher

Hi MH,

I believe that the problem is the inferior and middle turbinates. They seem to be blocking up my sinuses, making it difficult to blow my nose. I don't have any fillings and never had a cavity or root canal. The turbinates are so important to proper nasal function that I can't fatham ever letting some surgeon put me under and cut away at them. I know an old man who had turbinate reduction surgery 20 years ago as part of sinus surgery and he has been in misery ever since. He suffers from empty nose syndrome and can't go outside in the cold weather. He also now suffers from asthma as a result of the constant drainage. Allopathic medicine says that chronically swollen nasal turbinates will never reduce in size without surgery. I am praying that this is not true and that I can cure this with proper diet and fasting.
