Re: Curing Stenosis & stopping calcification.

Yes 2yrs ago was the last time I ever saw my chiro. He was using a very aggressive method & that was the worst thing for me at the time, especially as I had a form of meningococcal as well & it stirred all the toxins. It was the scariest time of my life then, having major nightmares (that I would move the wrong way & wake up being a quadraplegic..)etc. I had diarrhoea & I lost 8kg in 3 weeks. (not nice). Anyway I pulled through fine after 6 months.

As for the tingling 2 years ago..yes it actually went away with physio. I was desperate to try anything & my physio does acupunture too. I was amazed at the improvement. However as Ive learnt in the past 10 weeks "It's all in the timing"..I feel from experience with my bod its best to settle everything properly first & then do physio rather than rush it & end up worse. (Last time I started physio about 10 months after but it worked & no tingling any more (back then)).

I am a single mum with a 10 yr old daughter. 2 yrs ago she had to live with my mother for 3 months cause I really couldnt move or make meals or get her to school etc (which was horrible, I missed her so much, luckily she lives close by though). This time around my daughter stayed with her grandparents for a fortnight & with her dad for 4 weeks & she only arrived back to me 2 weeks ago & Im not as bad as I was 2 years ago, but there is a fine line..Im still sore & its terribly frustrating.

Yes I can totally relate to your concerns & wishing the tingling would go away. Its draining & frustrating & nobody else can comprehend the pain or the courage it takes to put up with it everyday (unless they have had a spinal problem themselves)..Ive had no sympathy from my family...even though my doctor was going to ambo me to hospital to the Orthopedic spinal ward. I was superfit 2 yrs ago but now I have to accept that I really have to take it easy & rest..the more I rest the faster the nerves will settle!!

As for work..Im still nowhere near strong enough to sit or stand for an entire day. Unless there is a job out there that enables me to lay down for awhile here & there!!! So I have the pressure of the career change & lots of extra health expenses lately too. Never mind there's always Lotto!!! Yes the financial side is very scarey too...I have the doctors saying "You need surgery", but the wait is long..& I dont want to have surgery if possible..

So Im just trying to keep a positive mind & get onto anything that will clean this calcification & spurs from my spine once & for all!!

Hang in there, take it easy..Hope you feel better soon.
