Re: Curing Stenosis & stopping calcification.

I have 3 herniated discs and tingling in hands and feet. Nothing was helping externally (chiro, accupuncture and it made it worse).

I am 4 months post from accident and the pain is greatly reduced....although I still have tingling and stiffness. But i was cring like baby 1 month ago.

What I did.

1) Rest and rest Rest (when I could)...limited movement in my neck. Didnt turn my neck from side to side used my body to shift (hurts too much anway ) Mindful about aggravating it

2) Ice pack in cloth 20 minutes every 2 hours brings down inflammation and feels nice (on neck)

3) Bought a Far Infrared Sauna ($650) Really relaxing helped with pain. I am so gratfeul for this.

4) Bought Wobenzym (i really believe its helping with inflammation) Search on web they have a website. I was drinking tons of pineapple juice and it didnt help AT ALL. This I feel has.

5) A*****ose (glyconutrients). Again not sure which partuclar is helping but WObenyzm is cheap considering.

6) Try to lay off Sugar products (processed), dairy. I noticed I would feel stiffer after the holdiays when eating junk.

7) I used to do lots of Epsom Salt baths and strecthin esp if sitting for long peroids of time.

8) My computer chair caused such back pain didnt realize it until I bought a better chair!

Dr. Hardy (he has own forum here)suggested Dr. Christophers Bone and Tissue repair for my problem.

I dont have the exact same problem as you but do have the electric tingles. Oh I also bought a teperpedic pillow (more comfortable with the pain in my neck)
