Thank-you for taking the time to post the wonderful advice & for the warm wishes. I can relate to everything you have said..(although I have been using heat-packs so I will try the ice for a change & see how I go)! I will get back into the local Sauna again too as it will help cleanse the bod & as you say help with the pain.

Im also on a 'truck-load' of Natural Vitamins including Bromelain (Pineapple) in a formulated mix from my practioners here in Australia so I feel Im on the right track.

As you say "It takes time".....(I also had the misfortune of having a few Central Nervous System viruses just to give me more of a challenge)!! hehe

I feel like Ive had 3 giant leaps forward since visiting the Naturopath 5 days ago...but I pushed it a bit too much on thursday & Im really sore again..(one step back)! At least Im better than I was last week....& even last month when I was also crying like a baby..I just have to give myself a pat on the back (so to speak) & reinforce in my mind "I WILL RECOVER"!!...contrary to the doctors saying surgery...YUCKO..Not in any rush for that!
