THANKS! everyone for your replies, its so encouraging. my cough has lessened significantly since last night. and I am loving my skin. This morning as I OP'ed hubby whistled and rolled his eyes - LOL :)

I had some physillum (sp) in juice this morning - too lazy to do an enema. Got to get ready for church.
