another Quack here.....

as I am now called.

... anyways, a week ago I had a horrible cough, dry nothing was coming up, I posted help for this and no one replied. I have had a sinus infection since dec 16th. terrible - my right eye swells up and bulges out some thing terrible, just terrible.
I figure the cough is as a result of the drip back o my froat (as my 3yo would say).

I dont remember how I stumbled on this forum and someone said it helped their sinus infection so I decided to try.

That was last week sunday morning - well after pulling (I could only do 5mins) I started coughing up stuff like crazy! I could not believe it! Where as before I was just coughing, coughing and NO MUCUS would come up my throat!

The next day I did it for 10 mins and the next day I started OP 10mins spit and do for 10mins again - thats the only way I can get my 20 mins.
Since wednesday I noticed how clean my face is looking, I have several age spots that have been fading and 3 moles that I have been putting off going to get tested and zapped - seem to be - being absorbed by my skin! - does that make sense.

I also wanted to say I have been sleeping all night up to 5am straight no waking up during the night and I have a feeling of euphoria all day, i dont get stressed so easily (being a stay at home mom of 3 and childcare provider).

Thanks for this forum and I will be updating as the time goes by.

PS. my stuffed sinus I had cleared within 3 days of doing a hydrogen peroxide rinse I found on here somewhere. Before I started the OP.
That hydrogen Peroxide is something special too - I couldnt believe it cleaned my sinus.
