... anyways, a week ago I had a horrible cough, dry nothing was coming up, I posted help for this and no one replied. I have had a sinus infection since dec 16th. terrible - my right eye swells up and bulges out some thing terrible, just terrible.
I figure the cough is as a result of the drip back o my froat (as my 3yo would say).
I dont remember how I stumbled on this forum and someone said it helped their sinus infection so I decided to try.
That was last week sunday morning - well after pulling (I could only do 5mins) I started coughing up stuff like crazy! I could not believe it! Where as before I was just coughing, coughing and NO MUCUS would come up my throat!
The next day I did it for 10 mins and the next day I started OP 10mins spit and do for 10mins again - thats the only way I can get my 20 mins.
Since wednesday I noticed how clean my face is looking, I have several age spots that have been fading and 3 moles that I have been putting off going to get tested and zapped - seem to be - being absorbed by my skin! - does that make sense.
I also wanted to say I have been sleeping all night up to 5am straight no waking up during the night and I have a feeling of euphoria all day, i dont get stressed so easily (being a stay at home mom of 3 and childcare provider).
Thanks for this forum and I will be updating as the time goes by.
PS. my stuffed sinus I had cleared within 3 days of doing a hydrogen peroxide rinse I found on here somewhere. Before I started the OP.
That hydrogen Peroxide is something special too - I couldnt believe it cleaned my sinus.

Like you, I thought, "Oh, right....gargling with oil? Sure...." But, I also gave it a try and I was flabbergasted by the immediate results (for me, that is)! Because of this protocol and the benefits that I have experienced, so far, I am looking into many other protocols that will enhance these benefits! And, the people on this particular forum are some of the most helpful, insightful, encouraging, supportive people that I've met online in a long, long time.

That is a very important and poignant statement. It is all about the accumulative affects of EVERYTHING we do, not just any one healing modality that will lead us towards great health.
chemical free skin and hair, throw away sunglasses, drug free, sunshine, fresh air (go outside for at least 30 minutes EVERY day even when it is cloudy), clean water, high quality, nutrient dense clean food, cleansing, exercise, oil pulling, skin brushing, wear shoes as little as possible... etc. It all adds up. The difference it makes is well worth the effort.
Reverse any one of the above after you have done them all for a while and your mind and body will let you know it in a hurry :-)

This is a reply to # 815,526Grz, on a really positive-effects, note, I have spread the "rumour" of the benefits of OPing to my ceramic and artist friends. Some think I'm loony, to which I reply, "I know!" Others are actually interested! In fact, cayenne pepper came up in one discussion and I sure would like to know more about THAT!!!!

What about cayenne oil? Is there such a thing and can it be added to...flax seed oil for pulling purposes?
Honestly, I'm an absolute newbie at this stuff, and I'm almost overenthusiastic about it! Wait a tick....how can one be "overenthusiastic" about their own health? Nebbermind....

There you go SS, welcome to the fabric of learning on CZ. First you hear about cayenne, then you hear about bee pollen, then you hear about.....
I've tried dozens of things now. Have a collodial silver maker, bathe in 35% H202, the list goes on and on. Once you get started it can be overwhelming! But you have to walk through the info before you settle on your own protocol. It will happen.
As far as cayenne...I actually use African Bird Pepper every day. So good for you, I guarantee it.

This is a reply to # 815,455THANKS! everyone for your replies, its so encouraging. my cough has lessened significantly since last night. and I am loving my skin. This morning as I OP'ed hubby whistled and rolled his eyes - LOL :)
I had some physillum (sp) in juice this morning - too lazy to do an enema. Got to get ready for church.
