Thank you Vulcanel for the links. I will check them out tomorrow when I have more time. Only working a couple of hours then. I looked up kudzu but failed to find and uk suppliers. I am sure there are some, but then I have to make sure the extract is standardized, and taken from the root. So once again, this will have to wait until tomorrow for a proper check. I am definately going to order some, cos if it helps with alcholism then it will help with Sugar cravings.
