I'm sorry you are having such a hard time. My favorite breakfast is pretty close to the recipe you mentioned: fresh tomatoes and avocado, sometimes onions, and herbs all on top of brown rice, with bragg's aminos, lemon juice, and good oil drizzled over it. It is delicious!
I have truly learned to love this breakfast, especially for the fats in the avocado (plenty of oil there...) and the oil I pour on top.
You probably need some additional things to help you get "over the hump". Try oil pulling, maybe the Moreless drink (minus the lime water IMO), and/or ozonated water or
H2O2 (Hydrogen-Peroxid) in water. All of these things help detox, alkalize and oxygenate your blood, and thereby reduce your cravings.
The oil pulling is probably the easiest and quickest one to start.
