I agree. Adding coconut oil to your diet will definitely help with losing weight. I use Coconut Oil in lieu of butter. I use other oils throughout the day. Adding more good fat to your diet will help with the cravings. You will notice that you eat a lot less. Your metabolism will be faster.
This is what I have for breakfast:
Baked Sweet Potato w/ Coconut Oil and Cinnamon (you can add a little almond milk to the flesh of the potato and create a warm porridge).
Ezekiel Bread w/ Coconut Oil spread on it.
Butternut Squash w/ coconut oil and cinnamon
In the winter I like something warm. I will likely switch to fruit in the summer.
Other options:
Raw oats w/ blueberries, almond milk & cinnamon (maybe add a little coconut oil to this too).
Kashi Go Lean Crunch (high fiber & a little sweet) w/ almond milk (You can warm up the milk and add coconut oil to it).
