Excellent. I don't exercise when I'm sick either. I like to conserve energy for healing. I think bike riding is a fine exercise for endurance. I'm thinking of getting a cheap air bike from Walmart to ride indoors myself. Make sure you get a lot of antioxidants after exercise, juices or supplements. I like green juice.
