Re: 101 Ways to Motivate Yourself

Motivation:

Right now I have a cough and a cold, so I am not exercising.  But sickness is one reason I exercise.  I had been exercising for a couple months, building up my bicycle endurance from 10 minutes, starting, to 40 minutes as of a week ago.  The theory that I have heard, and accept, is that endurance muscles, sinuous muscles, are easily converted to food energy by the body.  Therefore, the more muscles are exercised beuyond the 20 minute Aerobic range, the more endurance muscles are built up, and the more resitance to disease I have, personally.

I am motivated to exercise my pectoral muscles, to energize and enlarge the pectoral muscles, for the sensual feelings I derive during cuddling oportunities with my lady.
