Do not let the voting influence you in any way
there are people here that their unhappiness
have made them sick

The don't like their jobs, thier lives
and they vote against just because they can
It just came to me
Resistance :}

I just got a paradigm to change

1. Denial-Don't need to change
2. Resisitance- I don't want to change or it is hard to change
3. Exploration- Let's see what it feels like this change
4. Committment- I have tried the change and I think I'd like to see how
it works

And then there willbe a slipback, and more support, or none, and then the change is certain percent effective...Or completely installed, or not at all effective

and many shades in between

CZ changes but only when necessary
