Well I have maybe 3 or 4 meals if you call them that. I consume maybe 1300 calories a day, maybe, I drink orange juice, grapefruit juice , somedays I will have carrot/cucumbers and beets, I will have one large salad a day and some days I still have some cook food which would include some brown rice beans or steam veggies with a large salad. When you say superfoods are you refering to barley, alfalfa and wheat grass. I use to but I have stopped using it. Super smoothies what are these.
