Hi I have started to eat about 90% raw and want to go 100% I have a huge problem ever since switching to vegetarian and raw foods I have found that I have lost all my energy. I dance and do weight training, with pilates and since changing have not been able to do the things I would normally do. For periods when I actually go raw I feel very fatigued as was also advised not to take supplements so I have stopped not only that I have gained weight say 5lbs and I just feel terrible, What can I do, Every one I know around me that eating more raw feel great but I feel horrible!
Can anyone help me please?
Is this the right diet for me?
