i did try ala at one point. and i have eaten a lot of brazil nuts. they are a basic staple of mine, in fact. i know about the antigonizer pathways, but if it doesnt come in the plants i eat, i decline.
the thing that has helped me the most in chelating has been almost total avoidance of fluoride. i mean i made it my religion. i have already forgotten more about fluoride than i could still put in ten paragraphs right here, right now. it is the enemy of the blood/brain barrier. that has helped me avoid a lot of damage because i was doing that for a couple of years before i got my fillings out. like grz says - synergy. and with a molecule as reactive as the fluorine based ones, synergy is a foregone conclusion. fluoride and mercury together is responsible for more debilitation and suffering in this country than anyone will ever know, but i have a clue.
