IF(sorry for the morelessism) you have your channels of elimination wide open, ie bowels and kidneys and a good sauna, mobilizing the mercury IS chelating it. or perhaps i am using the word inappropriately. mobilizing the mercury will make it available for elimination. hows that?
yes, there are binders, but i dont know if that will keep you symptom free while chelating. at first, cilantro would send me for a loop, big time. i was just plain stupid and tired. but, with each large dose(i would eat a whole "bunch" of cilantro in one day), this got better and better. now, i dont feel a thing, and i feel great almost all the time, and i mean like "high on life" great.
if cilantro makes you feel bad, you are carrying a good load around. i didnt do it then, but i would suggest a good oil regimen to accompiany the cilantro(and some algin or charcoal, et al). this would include oil pulling, eating oil and putting it on the skin. hemp is the best for eating. sesame is the best for pulling. mixing it up with some coconut oil for both is good if you think candida is a factor in your health picture(and i cant believe it isnt to some extent).
