Here is a brain twister for you.....

Having seen your penchant for chemistry I present a riddle in my system that no one has
yet solved. Plasma and saliva were drawn the same morning at the same time and cortisol in the plasma was at the top of the scale while cortisol in the saliva was at the bottom. Dhea was low in both as was my SigA

Now my endo does not trust saliva readings but of course they are used all over PUbmed.

I am stumped as to what this means. If I had the catchphrased "adrenal fatigue" my gland would not be putting it out in great amounts in the plasma. I have thought about
CBGlobulin excess, but that is a rare disorder and I was fine all my life until I hit
a rough patch a few years back.

Any theories......
