From my understanding of chilantro, its only best to use it in very specific circumstances, as well as if you have a low mercury load (as opposed to high load, like mercury induced autism). It all links in to the blood brain barrier, the sort of mercury you have and where it is in the body.
Andy Cutler (though he is at odds with our 'natural' approaches) is someone Ive taken interest in. Would you be averse to trying natural alpha lipoic acid? Ive taken chilanro (or coriander in the UK) and it makes me feel 'odd' and occasionally get headaches, so Im wondering if that has something to do with it.
Maybe try zeolite? Its a mineral that is being evidenced to remove unwanted metals.
Also replace the antagoniser paths, increase iron and calcium intake which should push metals out.
Oils definitely help! Mercury exretory pathway is mainly in the bile, which is why babies can be effected by the mercury preservative used in vaccines - their bile system is nonfunctional at such an early age.
