So I shall ask it in another way !

When you have "ANY" problem which you may be Faced with, and are "NOT" able to Solve it, then how do you go about finding the Truth about it so that you can learn to Solve the problem ?

Because it would be evident that "IF" "YOU" are unable to Solve the Problem, that then your source of info may not be providing you the "Truth" !
