If that "spaghetti" was white and 'spaghettini' looking than it IS VERY likely it was candida threads that you saw. However there are quite a few more
parasite that can get a 'spaghetti' look, but not threads they will be wider.
Anyhow, if it is indeed candida the 1st question to ask is
What is the diet ? a simple google search with candida and diet will give you a few examples.
THERE IS NO CURE FOR CANDIDA YET.... but starving the beast by following the diet i.e. not eating what it feeds on:
Sugar and carbohydrates.

Calcium (because magnesium is essential in order to assimilate cal. and being mag deficient since the first bowel trouble you've had, you are now calcium deficient a s well.)

FOr now Omeaga 3 - fish oil
and Lecithin
FInally- enemas is a good way to facilitate bm (bowel moveemnts) candida will win over you if you suffer from constipation and a deficiency in magnesium causes constipation.
As for P and B shake. They are made of a fiber: psyllium husk and volcanic clay:
Bentonite these 2 shaken into water and this mixture adhere to the threads and helps them come out.
THe candida threads have been drilling into your itnestinal walls so ...a flush or a simple
Bowel Cleanse will not take them out, but P & B will. SOme people use Psyllium alone, some people use linseed (another fiber ) here is the P & B recipe:

There is a lot of dissent regarding wether we pass stones or just cholesterol that has formed into stones due to the magnesium in the epsom salt. One way or the other, flushing is great for candida, but
FIRST you should get on the diet and suppl.
SECOND
Choose one antifungal (and if you go for the natural stuff, switch every two weeks)
