Too bad you did not have any Grapefruit Seed Extract with you
on your scout trip. Its a lifesaver~~ I recently had a double
dose of food poisoning, and took it, as well, some Redmonds
Clay. It really helped but the vomiting and runs had really
dehydrated me. I also used additional uniodized Seasalt to help
rehydrate myself. My tummy was still feeling raw, so adding
kefir and good yogurt to rebuild the flora in my gut has helped
make significant strides in my return to normalcy.

I am sorry to read your friend, Sally, got so *taken* since LFing
is not an expensive endeavor. If your pain is in the right quadrant
of your abdomen, you may still be experiencing liver congestion
issues and flushing again in two weeks would be appropriate.
Whatever happens DO NOT let a doctor talk you into relieving you
of your gallbladder~~! Adding plant oils to your diet, like flax
or olive, will help tremendously.

Your heel stuff is plantar fascia. It is common at your age and
also an *itch. There are lots of home remedy sort of stuff but
could indicate the time for a general need to pay attention to
your body maintenance. Just like you would not buy a car and only
change its oil once the whole time you owned it, likewise, our
