Hi Superscout, The first thing you must do is take a worm dose. The spaghetti like strings are roundworm. They are not difficult to get rid of. Ask at the chemist for a worm dose.[1 dose for roundworm is about £2.20.and so easy] Do that twice, 2 weeks apart, to kill the eggs. Then do a course [1 month]of a herbal wormer like humaworm, which will also kill other worms and parasites in the gut. You may find you are much improved by then but need a bit more info.
