oh well. i thought is was quite good after all that. it was between 6.5 and 7.0. not bad for an old man with beef stuck in his teeth and a cup of coffee he is draining off. all that while drinking distilled water and not touching a calcium supplement. now i am curious what it is on a good day, which most of them are, i assure you. it is fun to experiment, though.

i feel better every day. better than i ever have in my life from my first memory! i have not swished since the party, either. in fact, only once this morning.
