Re: Getting rid of my gallbladder
I am glad you are feeling well.
I am more scared of anesthesia than having a gallstone. My first trouble started 15 years ago and there was just a slight shadow on the ultrasound, my chiropractor told me it was more dangerous to have surgery than leaving it alone.
Of course at that time I did not even have a computer and do any searches. As hindsight it would have been great if I had the flushes then, my stone would never have turned into a 1" stone.
In early 2003 I got indigestion, backaches etc., my doctor sent me to a surgeon, but I have not gone back.
Most of the time I am symptom free, I keep the bile flowing with maintenance flushes so the stone does not have to compete with other stones. From reading it might be difficult to get this stone out, it might be too heavy or the gallbladder can't contract enough.
If for any reason you ever have symptoms again do the flush. We have had several people here who needed to do that because the liver was still clogged up.
Here is one example
