I would agree that whole foods is the place to get your oil. I was there last night (I love that store!) and they have such a huge assortment of oils. I found some organic sesame oil there and it was way cheaper then the non-organic one I was buying at harris teeter. I would love to try the apricot oil, I love apricots. Maybe next time. So far I have only tried sesame and coconut. I prefer the sesame because it starts out yellow so when I spit it out I can see the change in it...but the coconut starts out white and looks white when you spit it out. The coconut is delish....If you don't OP with coconut I would highly suggest adding it to your diet through your cooking and even as your moisturizer...it is very beneficial if you just take 3 tbsp a day. If you try this start out small so you don't have harsh detox symptoms, maybe a teaspoon at a time till you reach 3 tbsp. Good luck.
