The flavors I'm using now are cold-pressed pumpkin-seed oil and organic flaxseed oil. I've been switching off with these. Organic Olive-Oil is good too (for me, its a bit thick but definitely great to use). Paul Newman's brand is great! Use that for Liver Flushing too.
Whole Foods is opening soon in my town so I will take a trip there and try Apricot Oil. Oh yeah - stay away from the processed vegetable and canola oils <----not good.
