The article on plastics in the "NEWS" forum is interesting in that the plastics indicated came into use in the 90's, primarily in baby products and apparently are now known to cause "permanent" damage (indication in the increased use of psych drugs?) to the kid. And to think most mothers I knew microwaved the plastic bottles... Ugh!!!!

I found that using Olive-Oil is better. I'm feeling the Herx Effect...I am sweating, I feel a bit feverish, I have a slight headache and queasiness. I swished the oil for about 24 minutes. I did it for 20 minutes, and the oil was still yellowish. I'm aiming for 3 times a day, 30 minutes each time.

I would agree that whole foods is the place to get your oil. I was there last night (I love that store!) and they have such a huge assortment of oils. I found some organic sesame oil there and it was way cheaper then the non-organic one I was buying at harris teeter. I would love to try the apricot oil, I love apricots. Maybe next time. So far I have only tried sesame and coconut. I prefer the sesame because it starts out yellow so when I spit it out I can see the change in it...but the coconut starts out white and looks white when you spit it out. The coconut is delish....If you don't OP with coconut I would highly suggest adding it to your diet through your cooking and even as your moisturizer...it is very beneficial if you just take 3 tbsp a day. If you try this start out small so you don't have harsh detox symptoms, maybe a teaspoon at a time till you reach 3 tbsp. Good luck.
