My fasting experience has consisted of oranges only fasting and one juice fast which only lasted a few days because it was veggies and the veggies gave me the symptoms I listed. My symptoms are much better while fasting but come back when I start to eat again even though my diet consists of primarily fruits and veggies.
I have been afraid to chelate because I fear that I am low on minerals. Tried the H202 drops but saw no changes stopped for fear of loosing good bacteria (I also have loose stools and light colored stools) I have not attempted a Liver Flush and am just now trying out a parasite cleanse.
Have been trying the alkalizing thing and am just confused as ever. Calcium and potassium help me sleep but also give me leg aches. Have been experiementing with diet for four years and have only been able to identify foods that set off my symptoms-dark chocolate, beans, green veggies, most herbs especially tinctures, omega 3 fatty acids, too much omega 6 fatty acids, fish (omega 3), theres more but my point is there doesnt seem to be a connection. I think I need to do a Liver Flush but more than a tablespoon of oil can cause me great distress for weeks and can cause me facial scars, and I cant imagine what would happen after 1/2cup. i've had some pretty scary skin reactions from such small amounts of oil. I feel stuck.
