i recently posted about less is better. perhaps if you distill what you are doing down to a bare bones framework and add or subtract stuff one at a time so you can tell what its doing. you seem to be able to read your body well and you are certainly well informed or capable of doing that for yourself.
one of the things you might try is doing some udo's as your primary source of ingested fat. i like what this guy says and he has done the work apparently and come up with a balanced mix of omegas. i am seriously considering getting some myself. i am loving oil big time and having a blast with it.
