Hi, I just wanted to point out something, which is that the WD is 24 hour fasting. Well, perhaps a little less. Let's say that one ate for 2 hours each evening, from 6pm to 8pm. So then you are fasting from 8pm of one day until 6 pm of the next day = 22 hours. If one doesn't eat at all in one calendar day, that is more like 36 hour fasting.
Yes, some do the fasting that is normal eating (3 meals) one some days, with other days of no eating or only an evening meal, perhaps that is intermittant fasting.
In any case, these different forms of fasting are all very interesting.
