Well I am finishing the second week and only yesterday I didn't feel well after what I have drank. I run 30-40 minutes every day before my 'BIG' evening meal, and 3 day also adding excerices with weight and feel great.
I eat very healthy food for the last 3 years, so I don't have a problem with it - as my sun and my husband are athletes we had to change the way we ate before to healthy.
hen I heard about the WD I was very glad as I don't have any problem with fasting all day, but I always (as most of us) thought it is dangerous - now as I know more about the way to end this fasting it is wonderfull and I hope that I'll continue feeling good.
