Dear Rygar,
Thank you for your answer and the attached links.
I have some other questions for you:
1. When they write about intermittent fasting and their benefits, perhaps they mean a full day fasting (24 hours) - not like us that doing the WD fasting (eating in the evening one meal)?? Do you know people that fast all day and ate one meal at the evening and the other day ate 3 meals and lost weight doing so?
2. I have read that in order to lose weight according to the W/D I should begin with the 3 phases: Detox, High fat and Concluging Fat Lost /(//www.curezone.org/forums/fm.asp?i=117492#i). I wonder if you know people who have began this diet, in order to lose weight, and didn't followed this 3 phases but only ate one meal per day at the evening with strictness on healthy food and not too much fat in the food?? (Because I hate the first phase…)
3. I am 46 years old and the calcium, as you know, is very important to my age. As you probably know the calcium (in the food) should be eaten in small quantities during the day (in that way their absorption is the best). If I am fasting all day it is impossible. Should I take calcium pills??
That all for today (I think).
Thanks a lot in advance Rygar,
Have a wonderful day,
Ayala
