I also am on day three. This is my fifth MC. They never get easier, but you learn what your coping mechanisms are. Today was a wonderful day for me. Yesterday and the first day were very hard. It is not that you get hungry. For if you do, just have another drink or some water or herb tea. Don't limit yourself. I am drinking something all day long. It is the mental thing for me. Try not to listen to your head. If you continue, tomorrow you will wake up one day closer to your goal. And it might be a high energy, good feeling day. So don't give up. Aloha, Kathy
