I know it may not help, but I am sure it is detox. You would be amazed what our bodies doo when we take food away. Old hurts and wounds are brought to the surface. I tend to get quite depressed and feel wacky also. Not everybody does, we are all different. All I can tell you is if you can stick it out, it will lift and pass the longer you stay on the cleanse. It is like detoxing emotions. You could try some journaling and relaxation. I know exactly what you are feeling and wish I had some easy answers for you but I don't. Only that it will pass if youu can get through it. The longer the cleanse, the more clarity of mind you will gain. Don't get down on yourself, just do the best you can.
