Have you ever heard of getting a second, or third, medical opinion.

I've got a doctor who is a staunch christian - he's the salt of the earth type guy, but - he doesnt believe in contraception. So I go to a family planning clinic. doesnt hurt anyone to get a second opinion. Also sometimes the other doctor that you go to may know of a condition that is similar to your own.

I see that you have touched on the subject of STD's. I think that in most countries you can go to get these treated at Family Planning Clinic's. Just give them a phone call and if not, ask them to refer you onto someone who can help.

Another thing that you touched on was diet. How is your diet? Is it normal?

What about exercise? Do you get out much? Get a lot of fresh air, I mean. Are you able to go to a beach, or maybe hiking, or something?
