You need to use something like metamucil if your feces is sticky - your not getting enough fiber.  Psyllium is what you need, at least a tablespoon a day, or a couple of teaspoons in water with every  meal.  When you get enough fiber you don't need to keep using so much toilet paper.

Also, try using some oils for washing that smell away.  You could be treating your body so harshly that all that is left on your skin is the bad bacteria that smells bad.

If you think of trying to wash a sticky lable off of the bottom of a dish - you can't do it with water - but if you put a little oil on it then it will come off with some rubbing.  The oil will take off things that soap and water can't.

Try some extra virgin olive oil on your skin, let it soak a few minutes then wipe it off.  Try sesame too.  I have to go....
