I will just eat salad with either tuna, turkey or wild salmon and beetroot as the bulking agents, every day for the next year.... You see I have to avoid broccoli, sprouts, turnip and cabbage etc because of being hypothyroid which means avoiding goitrogens...
Im going to have some cottage cheese too as Ive read this is supposed to be ok. Ive ate cottage cheese without any major problems for a while.
So the only things to be concerned about now are mercury levels in the fish and mucous off the cottage cheese.
Roll on the 25 inch pizza with 5 extra toppings of mature cheese !
