I had something very similar, i don't know if it was the same thing, but i got rid of mine using Dr. Schulze 's anti-infection formula (Anti-I). AT first I would use it, it would go away and then come back, but finally I kept the Anti-I on it for a week after it went away, and if finally stayed gone.
