They're Back!

Well, the "rot" I've had on my left index finger is back. Actually, it has never cleared up in over a year! I have see 15 doctors now - dermatologists, infectious diease, etc., and not one can tell me what this is or how to get rid of it. I'm well into $10,000 in medical bills now going to doctor's who either can't or won't tell me what this is! Tiny white-ringed blisters under the skin, fluid filled, itch like hell, and eventually dry up with a shot of K-40 and crack the skin open, then start spreading again! I'll get a photo up if I can figure out how to. ANYONE KNOW WHAT THIS SH*T IS AND HOW TO GET RID OF IT? Thanks from someone who is getting desperate
