Re: Anyone here ever get restless legs or nervousness

I just moved into a new place and tried the cable hook-up--usually I end up getting basic TV for free-but not in this place. And I don't want to pay for cable so it's books and movies for me now. Anyway, I have to say that I am sleeping better without the barrage of images flashing at me. That's how TV is now I guess, an on slaught of flashing images and crime scenes and plastic surgery! I think I can live without it! Also got me a claw foot tub, and long sitzes are doing me well. Relaxing the mind does wonders. Tweet
