Re: Anyone here ever get restless legs or nervousness
I have had restless leg syndrome for years, though it has lessened quite a bit this last year. It is a natural part of what I do to pretty much constantly move my legs. When I am sitting I usually cross my legs and kick my foot nonstop. It is mostly unconscious and as you say, no pain.
The only time it is a problem is in bed. When it is bad, it hurts if I don't move my leg every few seconds. It is impossible to fall asleep no matter how tired I am, I have to adjust my legs just one more time....
Like I say, I have gotten much better this past year. I can't say why for sure, I am eating better and doing some cleansing.
Unlike you I do not take bp meds; I do not get headaches very often; I do not have high blood pressure. It must not be related to those things.
Once I realized I had it, I recalled my father had the same leg pumping action. My daughter used to kick the wall at night when she was in bed. It wasn't until she was older that she told me her legs would hurt so much that she had to do something, so she hit her leg against the wall. She is 23 yr old now and she still gets it occasionally. For us, it seems inherited, or at least the tendency. I am sure diet has a lot do to with it.
I will get there
